We find these meetings rewarding as they provide the opportunity to hear your thoughts, plans and wishes for your renovation or new build. Additionally, it gives us the opportunity to offer advice on the benefits and challenges of your project and how best to deliver what you want. We can maybe add an option or two ourselves!
Our team at DwellStone will work with you to review your budget and finalise your layout to create conceptual plans. If you already have plans, we will find the best solution to help you bring them to life.
We will provide you with a detailed fixed-price quote outlining all inclusions and exclusions to avoid any unpleasant surprises at the end of the project. Based on plans, we can provide a project estimate and timeline.
Then, once the Concept Plans are completed your DwellStone Project Manager becomes involved with providing a baseline estimate. When this has been accepted the next stage will then be Working Drawings.
We believe that transparent communication is paramount to the success of the project. We will send you regular updates, schedule regular site meetings, and we will provide you with personal access to our real-time project management software.
Finally, once practical completion has been met our commitment continues. With final inspections made we will submit all the required paperwork gathered throughout the project to the council for the Code of Compliance (CCC).
This will be issued directly to you and kept safely with all the other plans and paperwork that you have received throughout the project. It will all add value in the future should you choose to sell your home.
